PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR CARRIAGE HILLS SUBDIVISION ON 6/5/24 & 6/17/24

Rezoning Public Hearings                                                                    

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 5, 2024, and the Clinton Village Council will hold a hearing on June 17, 2024, both hearings will be at 7:00 PM in the Clinton Village Office, 119 E. Michigan Avenue, Clinton, Michigan, 49236, (517) 456-7494. Individuals needing special accommodations should contact the Village Office three business days before the hearing. Written and oral comments can be made at that time.

The purpose of the hearings is to receive comments on the Carriage Hills Planned Unit Development to consider the applicant’s request to rezone a parcel of property from a Low Density Residential to Planned Unit Residential District in order to construct a 275-unit residential site condominium consisting of a mix of single-family homes and townhouses.

The property located at 3000 E. Michigan Avenue. It is generally located on the south side of E. Michigan Avenue east of the Clinton High School. The property is legally described as follows:

Michigan Avenue, Clinton, MI, 49236, or by email at info@villageofclinton.org, until 3:00 pm the day of the hearing.
